Penerangan Pekerjaan - Remote Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:


We are looking for a Remote Contact Center Assistant to join our dynamic team at Berjaya Corporation Berhad. As a Remote Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat messages from customers in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. 3. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate channels for resolution. 4. Utilize company systems and tools to accurately document customer interactions and resolutions. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer support processes. 6. Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Meet or exceed key performance indicators and service level agreements.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work independently and take initiative to resolve customer issues. 4. Resilient and able to handle challenging customer interactions with professionalism. 5. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think innovatively. 6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other contact center tools. 7. Must have a quiet workspace and reliable internet connection for remote work.
