Remote Contact Center Associate

At Westports Holdings Berhad, we are seeking a motivated and hardworking Remote Contact Center Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities: 1. Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. 2. Provide product information, quotes, and assistance with placing orders. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner. 4. Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in our database. 5. Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer experience. 6. Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks efficiently. 3. Excellent people management skills to handle a variety of customer personalities. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities to resolve customer issues effectively. 5. Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
