Job Description:

As a Remote Contact Center Associate at Genting Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels. Your role will involve handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering personalized service.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer calls, emails, and chats in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately, providing information on products and services. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues effectively, escalating as needed to ensure a satisfactory resolution. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide a seamless customer experience. 6. Stay updated on company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. 8. Meet performance metrics and targets for customer service quality and efficiency.

Requirements: 1. 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Independent and adaptable personality traits with the ability to work effectively in a remote setting. 3. Strong soft skills in strategic planning and people management to handle customer interactions effectively. 4. Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving. 5. Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and handle a high volume of customer interactions. 6. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools for efficient communication and issue resolution.
