Contact Center Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

QSR Brands is seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our team and work remotely from their home in Johor Bahru, Johor, Malaysia. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, but we are looking for individuals who are confident, energetic, and possess excellent research and creativity skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, complaints, and product information. 3. Document all customer interactions accurately in the system. 4. Provide solutions to customer issues and escalate more complex problems to the appropriate department. 5. Conduct research to resolve customer inquiries effectively. 6. Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes. 7. Meet or exceed key performance indicators set by the company.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred but not required. 2. Strong communication skills in both English and Malay. 3. Ability to work independently in a remote environment. 4. Proficiency in computer systems and CRM software. 5. Bachelor's degree in any field.
