Contact Center Officer

Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Contact Center Officer to join our team at MR DIY Group in George Town, Penang, MY. As an Associate level employee, the Contact Center Officer will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service over the phone and through email communication.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner. 2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, and company policies. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues, ensuring customer satisfaction. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company guidelines. 5. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer inquiries. 6. Maintain customer records and communication logs accurately. 7. Meet and exceed assigned targets for customer satisfaction, response time, and resolution efficiency. 8. Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvement and system enhancement.

Requirements: 1. At least 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Strong communication skills in both English and Malay. 3. Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities. 4. Leadership skills with the ability to influence and persuade others. 5. Passion for providing outstanding customer service. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 7. Energetic and positive attitude towards work. 8. High school diploma or equivalent.
