Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

As a Contact Center Representative at Genting Group, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing information about the company's products and services. You will serve as the first point of contact for customers who reach out via phone, email, or online chat, and ensure that their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries - Providing product information and assistance with bookings or reservations - Resolving customer complaints or issues in a professional and courteous manner - Escalating complex cases to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Working closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meeting personal and team performance targets

Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Resilient and passionate personality traits - Excellent people management and communication skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and customer relationship management tools - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
