Contact Center Representative

Job Description:

YTL Corporation Berhad is seeking a Contact Center Representative to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As a Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries - Resolving customer complaints and issues - Providing information about products, services, and company policies - Documenting customer interactions and maintaining accurate records - Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members - Meeting or exceeding KPIs and performance targets - Collaborating with team members to ensure a positive customer experience

Requirements: - Associate degree or equivalent work experience - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines - Hardworking and reliable with a positive attitude - Time management and adaptability skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
