Job Description:


We are seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team at Maxis Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an entry-level position with the opportunity for growth, the Contact Center Specialist will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various channels including phone, email, and chat. The ideal candidate will be independent, energetic, adaptable, and skilled in analysis.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries and provide accurate information and assistance. 2. Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Utilize communication and problem-solving skills to effectively assist customers with product or service-related inquiries. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Act as a brand ambassador by promoting company products and services to customers. 7. Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service role preferred. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to different customer needs and communication styles. 3. Strong analytical skills to assess customer inquiries and provide appropriate solutions. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 5. Must be energetic, positive, and customer-focused. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
