Job Description:


Petron Malaysia is seeking a highly motivated and resourceful Customer Care Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Customer Care Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the customer service team and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer care policies and procedures. 2. Train and mentor customer service representatives. 3. Monitor and evaluate customer service performance. 4. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues. 5. Analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations for improvement. 6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Implement strategies to increase customer retention and loyalty.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field. 2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service management. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to think creatively and innovate in problem-solving. 5. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction goals. 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities. 7. Experience with CRM systems and other customer service tools.
