Job Description:
Hartalega Holdings Berhad is seeking a Remote Customer Care Specialist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat in a professional and friendly manner. 2. Resolve customer issues quickly and efficiently while providing a high level of customer satisfaction. 3. Communicate with internal teams to escalate and resolve customer concerns. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Provide product information and recommendations to customers. 6. Stay up-to-date on company products and services. 7. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for customer satisfaction and response times. 8. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures for better customer service.
Requirements: 1. Confident and reliable personality traits. 2. Strong people management and time management skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. High school diploma or equivalent. 6. Previous customer service or call center experience is a plus, but not required. 7. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems. 8. Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace for remote work.
