Job Description:


Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Care Specialist. This is a full-time, work from home position based in George Town, Penang, MY. As an entry-level role, no prior experience is required, making it a great opportunity for those looking to start their career in customer service.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and escalating issues as needed - Providing accurate information about our products and services - Processing orders, refunds, and exchanges - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Handling customer feedback and implementing improvements to enhance the customer experience


Requirements: - Hardworking and reliable individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication and negotiation skills - Ability to think critically and problem-solve effectively - Proficiency in using customer service software and tools - High school diploma or equivalent - Comfortable working from home and managing time effectively - Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed


Personality Traits: - Hardworking: Willing to put in the effort to provide excellent customer service - Reliable: Consistently meets deadlines and fulfills responsibilities


Soft Skills: - Negotiation: Ability to reach mutually beneficial agreements with customers - Problem-solving: Capable of identifying and resolving issues efficiently
