Job Description:
Malaysia Airlines Berhad is looking for a Remote Customer Service Associate to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As a full-time Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients while working remotely.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer inbound calls, emails, and live chats from customers promptly and professionally. 2. Provide accurate information regarding Malaysia Airlines' services, policies, and procedures. 3. Assist customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and resolving any issues or complaints. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries and complaints. 5. Maintain customer records and updates information in the company's database. 6. Meet and exceed set performance goals and targets. 7. Continuously improve customer satisfaction by actively listening and providing solutions.
Requirements: 1. Minimum 4 years of experience in customer service. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to work remotely and independently. 4. Driven and hardworking individual with a positive attitude. 5. Strong negotiation and leadership skills. 6. Proficient in using customer service software and tools. 7. Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
