Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Service Manager

As a Customer Service Manager at Top Glove Corporation Berhad, your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the entire customer service team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. You will be based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and will report directly to the Head of Customer Service.


Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures - Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement - Train and coach customer service representatives on best practices - Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Conduct regular performance evaluations of customer service team members


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - 8 years of experience in customer service, with at least 3 years in a managerial role - Strong leadership and communication skills - Excellent problem-solving abilities - Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines - Resourceful and motivated individual - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Experience in strategic planning and decision-making


Soft skills: - Leadership: Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving goals - Strategic planning: Capable of developing long-term customer service strategies
