Penerangan Pekerjaan - Remote Customer Service Officer

Job Description:


Digi.Com Berhad is seeking a Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This full-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate will be independent, motivated, adaptable, and have strong leadership skills.


Responsibilities: - Handle customer inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional manner - Assist customers with account management and billing inquiries - Utilize various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, to interact with customers - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure a positive customer experience - Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service processes and procedures - Meet or exceed performance goals and metrics set by the company


Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools - Ability to work remotely and adapt to a fast-paced work environment - Visa sponsorship is available for the right candidate
