Position: Customer Service Officer (Work from Home) 

Location: Malaysia (All States) 

Salary Range: MYR 2,500 - MYR 3,500 (Monthly) 

Shift: 12 hours (6 days work week, Work from home) 

Language Requirements: Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Melayu 

Job Description: We are currently seeking three (3) dedicated individuals to join our team as Customer Service Officers, working remotely from home. 

This position requires candidates to possess exceptional communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Melayu to effectively assist our diverse customer base. 

Responsibilities:  

- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat. 

- Provide accurate information about our products or services. 

- Resolve issues customer faced and ensure customer satisfaction. 

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers. 

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery. 

- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times. 

- Meet and exceed performance targets and service level agreements.

Requirements:  

- Own a computer or laptop with reliable internet connectivity. 

- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment. 

- Must be open to work 9-hour shifts, 6 days a week as required. 

- Off day will be fixed on any 1 day of the week. 

- Excellent communication and writing skills in English and Bahasa Melayu. 

- Pleasant personality with excellent interpersonal skills. 

- Responsible, diligent, and detail-oriented. 

- Previous experience in customer service is preferred but not required. 

- Open to candidates of all qualifications; however, relevant experience is welcomed and valued.
