Remote Customer Service Officer

Job description: UEM Sunrise Berhad is seeking a passionate and driven Remote Customer Service Officer to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients remotely.

Responsibilities: 1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner. 2. Handling and resolving customer complaints and issues effectively. 3. Providing accurate information about our products and services to customers. 4. Processing orders, returns, and refunds in accordance with company policies. 5. Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer satisfaction. 6. Utilizing negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial outcomes with customers. 7. Maintaining customer records and updating databases with accurate information. 8. Taking ownership of customer concerns and following up to ensure resolution. 9. Engaging with customers on social media platforms to promote brand awareness.

Requirements: 1. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 3. Excellent time management and organizational skills. 4. Passion for providing exceptional customer service. 5. Negotiation skills to handle challenging customer situations. 6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. 7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 8. High school diploma or equivalent.
