Customer Service Officer

As a Customer Service Officer at Petronas in George Town, Penang, MY, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to customers, resolving inquiries and issues promptly and efficiently. You will represent the company and maintain a positive image through your interactions with customers.

Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively. 3. Update customer accounts and information accurately in the database. 4. Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience. 6. Assist in implementing customer service policies and procedures. 7. Provide support for sales and marketing initiatives as needed.

Requirements: 1. Passionate and hardworking individual dedicated to providing excellent customer service. 2. Strong persuasion skills to effectively communicate with customers. 3. Analytical skills to identify customer needs and find solutions. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 6. Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 7. High school diploma or equivalent is required.
