Job Description:
As a Customer Service Officer at Digi.Com Berhad, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing exceptional service and support. Your primary duties will include handling incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, and maintaining accurate customer records in the company database. You will also be expected to actively listen to customer needs, offer personalized solutions, and proactively seek opportunities to upsell products and services.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Handle a high volume of incoming customer inquiries and issues through multiple channels. 2. Resolve customer complaints and problems effectively and efficiently. 3. Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products, services, and promotions. 4. Maintain detailed and accurate customer records in the company database. 5. Identify opportunities to upsell additional products and services to customers. 6. Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer service experiences. 7. Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and feedback collection to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Resilient and passionate personality traits. 3. Strong analytical skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Prior experience with CRM software is a plus. 6. High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
