We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Customer Service Officer to join Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad, working from home in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to passengers and guests, ensuring a positive experience throughout their journey.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist passengers with flight bookings, check-in procedures, baggage inquiries, and other travel-related issues. 3. Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and improve overall service quality. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Stay up-to-date on airline policies, procedures, and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers. 7. Work closely with the customer service team to meet departmental goals and KPIs.
Requirements: 1. A minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds. 3. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure. 4. Proven time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Reliable and adaptable with a positive attitude towards challenging situations. 6. Confidence in dealing with difficult customers and resolving conflicts in a professional manner.
