Customer Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

MR DIY Group is seeking a Customer Service Officer to join our team on a full-time basis, working remotely from home. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving any issues or concerns they may have in a timely and professional manner. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns. 3. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Maintain accurate customer records and documentation. 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 5. Driven and passionate about providing excellent customer service. 6. Strong decision-making and leadership skills.
