Job Description:


YTL Corporation Berhad is seeking a driven and hardworking Customer Service Officer to join our team on a full-time basis. This position will be based in George Town, Penang, Malaysia, and offers the flexibility of working from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role, with strong decision-making and planning skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a timely and professional manner. 3. Manage customer accounts, update information, and process orders or refunds as needed. 4. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and ensure a seamless experience. 5. Monitor customer satisfaction levels and identify areas for improvement in service delivery. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's database. 7. Contribute to team goals and support colleagues in achieving their objectives.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. 2. Proven work experience as a Customer Service Officer or similar role. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software. 6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Experience in a remote work environment is a plus.
