Job Description:


As a Customer Service Representative at S P Setia Berhad in George Town, Penang, MY, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients and potential customers. You will serve as the frontline representative of the company, managing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Interact with customers via phone, email, and in person to provide information about products and services 2. Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience 5. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer service 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively address customer inquiries 7. Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service 2. Resilient and driven personality traits 3. Strong presentation and cooperation skills 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite 6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
