Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

Eco World Development Group Berhad is seeking a reliable and confident Customer Service Representative to join our team in Johor Bahru, MY. As an Associate Level position, we require a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.

Responsibilities: - Act as the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner - Provide accurate information about our products and services, as well as handle any complaints or issues effectively - Maintain a positive and helpful attitude towards all customers, ensuring their satisfaction with our services - Utilize emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and resolve conflicts in a calm and efficient manner - Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in our customer service processes - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience from inquiry to purchase

Requirements: - Demonstrated experience in customer service, with a minimum of 2 years in a similar role - Strong communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of customers - Emotional intelligence to understand and address the needs of customers effectively - Analytical skills to interpret customer feedback and data for decision-making purposes - Reliable and confident demeanor to handle demanding customer situations with grace - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
