Customer Service Representative

Job Description:

PPB Group Berhad is currently seeking a hardworking and driven Customer Service Representative to join our team in Johor Bahru, Johor. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to start their career in customer service.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and resolving any inquiries or issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Manage customer accounts, including processing orders, updating account information, and handling billing inquiries. 3. Communicate effectively with customers through various channels, such as phone, email, and chat, to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience. 5. Assist in developing and implementing customer service strategies to enhance customer loyalty and retention. 6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: 1. Strong presentation and planning skills. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office and customer service software. 5. High school diploma or equivalent.
