Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Service Representative

Job Description: As a Customer Service Representative at Maxis Berhad in Malacca City, Melaka, your main responsibility will be to provide excellent service to our customers. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, information, or general support. You will be expected to handle a high volume of incoming calls, emails, and messages in a timely and professional manner.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner - Educate customers on our products and services - Process orders, returns, and exchanges - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify and escalate priority issues - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies - Provide feedback to improve customer experience


Requirements: - Independent and energetic personality - Strong problem-solving skills - Ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent communication skills - High school diploma or equivalent - Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
