Job Description:


We are seeking a passionate and hardworking Customer Service Representative to join our team at Digi.Com Berhad in Kuala Lumpur. As an Associate Level Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and resolving any inquiries or issues they may have.


Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently - Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction through active listening and empathy - Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless customer service experience - Utilizing data and feedback to continuously improve customer service processes - Assisting with special projects and initiatives as needed


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service role - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to navigate difficult customer situations with professionalism - Excellent planning and organizational skills - Ability to work independently and effectively manage time - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools - High school diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
