Customer Service Specialist

Job Description:

Maxis Berhad is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while also supporting our sales team to achieve their goals.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. 2. Handling customer complaints with empathy and finding effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. 3. Collaborating with sales team to provide product information, pricing, and availability to customers. 4. Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently. 5. Keeping detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to customers.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Driven and independent personality traits. 3. Strong negotiation and innovation skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred.
