Customer Service Specialist

Petronas is seeking a Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs and concerns. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services. 6. Stay updated on company products and services to effectively assist customers. 7. Handle escalated customer complaints and provide suitable solutions. 8. Contribute to the continuous improvement of customer service processes.
