Job Description:
As a Customer Success Assistant at Malaysia Airports Holdings Berhad, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-lasting relationships with our clients. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Customer Success team in providing exceptional service to customers and addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, providing personalized support and guidance. 2. Assist customers with account setup, troubleshooting technical issues, and navigating our products and services. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate department. 4. Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, identifying trends and areas for improvement. 5. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded. 6. Assist in creating and maintaining customer success documentation and resources. 7. Provide feedback to the Customer Success team to help improve processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with customers at all levels. 3. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Reliable and resourceful personality traits. 7. Soft skills in leadership and analysis. 8. Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required.
