Customer Success Assistant

Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive Customer Success Assistant to join our team at Boustead Holdings Berhad in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY. This is a full-time, entry-level position with zero years of experience required.

Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service and support to clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty - Assist customers with product inquiries, issues, and feedback - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to coordinate customer success initiatives - Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to products and services - Monitor customer accounts and track performance metrics - Assist in the development and implementation of customer success strategies - Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to existing customers

Requirements: - Independent and hardworking individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to negotiate and persuade customers effectively - Strong organizational and time management skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
