Remote Customer Success Manager

Job Description:

MYEG Services Berhad is seeking a Remote Customer Success Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As a full-time Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in customer success management.

Responsibilities: - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with our products and services - Serve as the main point of contact for customer inquiries, issues, and escalations - Develop and implement strategic plans to drive customer satisfaction and retention - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to drive revenue growth - Analyze and report on customer feedback, trends, and satisfaction levels - Conduct regular customer check-ins and status updates to ensure alignment with business goals

Requirements: - Hardworking and passionate about delivering exceptional customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Ability to think creatively and develop strategic plans - Experience in remote customer relationship management - Proficiency in customer success software and tools - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
