Job Description:
Proton Holdings Berhad is seeking a talented and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive customer retention and loyalty - Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer expectations are met and exceeded - Monitor customer accounts and provide regular updates and reports on customer success metrics - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to existing customers - Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement - Provide training and support to customers to help them maximize the value of our products and services - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer success to constantly improve our processes
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - At least 6 years of experience in customer success or account management - Strong interpersonal and communication skills - Resourceful and passionate about building strong customer relationships - Excellent planning and project management skills - Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment - Experience with CRM software and customer engagement platforms - Proven track record of driving customer success and satisfaction
