Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Success Manager


Job Description:


As a Customer Success Manager at Petron Malaysia, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers to ensure their satisfaction and success with our products and services. You will work closely with our sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.


Responsibilities: - Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and goals - Provide product demonstrations and training to customers - Monitor customer usage and identify opportunities for upsell or cross-sell - Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer success - Develop and deliver customer success plans - Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers - Gather customer feedback and insights to improve products and services - Identify and advocate for customer needs within the organization


Requirements: - 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field - Resilient and resourceful personality traits - Leadership and presentation skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred
