Job Description:


We are looking for a talented Customer Support Assistant to join our team at IJM Corporation Berhad. This is a full-time, entry-level position that allows for remote work from home. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of relevant experience and possess a confident and driven personality.


Responsibilities: - Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat - Assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers - Contribute to the development of customer support processes and procedures - Monitor customer feedback and provide insights to improve the overall customer experience - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed


Requirements: - 1 year of customer support experience - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Prior experience in a remote work environment is a plus - Confident and driven personality - Soft skills in strategic planning and presentation - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
