Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated Customer Support Assistant to join our team at PPB Group Berhad. This is a full-time remote position, based in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting them with any inquiries or issues they may have.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer complaints and issues efficiently and effectively. 3. Assist customers with product information, order status, and shipping information. 4. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met. 5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Work closely with the sales team to upsell products and services to customers. 7. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Hardworking and resourceful attitude. 3. Strong emotional intelligence and negotiation skills. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
