Job Description:


Astro Malaysia Holdings Berhad is seeking a Customer Support Assistant to join our team and work remotely from home in George Town, Penang, Malaysia. This is a full-time entry-level position requiring at least 1 year of relevant experience.


As a Customer Support Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Your duties will include answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving customer complaints and issues, and providing product information and support. You will also be responsible for processing orders, managing customer accounts, and maintaining accurate records of interactions.


Requirements: - Excellent communication skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Driven and motivated personality - Strong decision-making skills - Innovative mindset
