Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Support Manager


Job Description: PPB Group Berhad is seeking a passionate and independent Customer Support Manager to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. As a mid-to-senior level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of experience in customer support management.


Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure excellent service delivery. 2. Develop and implement customer support strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention. 3. Resolve escalated customer issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner. 4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement in the customer support process. 5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints. 6. Provide training and guidance to team members to improve their performance and capabilities. 7. Monitor key performance metrics related to customer support and generate reports for management review.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field. 2. Proven experience in customer support management, preferably in a fast-paced environment. 3. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to think critically and problem solve. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to lead a team and drive results in a dynamic work environment. 6. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. 7. Willingness to travel occasionally for business purposes.
