Job Description:
We are seeking a talented Remote Customer Support Manager to join our team at IJM Corporation Berhad. As the Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of remote customer support representatives to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction. This position will be based in Malacca City, Melaka, MY, and is a full-time role at a mid-to-senior level, requiring at least 7 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee a team of remote customer support representatives, providing guidance, support, and training as needed - Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management - Handle escalated customer issues and provide solutions in a timely and efficient manner - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and feedback - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve customer support processes - Create and implement performance improvement plans for team members as needed - Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to promote teamwork and innovation
Requirements: - Proven experience in a customer support management role, with at least 7 years of relevant experience - Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively manage a remote team - Resilient and adaptable personality traits to navigate challenging situations and changing priorities - Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Strong teamwork skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues and other departments - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred - Experience with CRM software and customer support tools is a plus
