Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Support Manager

Job Description:


Nestlé Malaysia is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 8 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage a team of customer support representatives to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. 2. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to streamline operations and improve efficiency. 3. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner. 4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. 5. Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and product development to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance. 7. Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to customer support activities.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. 2. Proven experience in a customer support management role. 3. Strong leadership and communication skills. 4. Independent and resilient personality traits. 5. Creativity and critical thinking abilities. 6. Excellent problem-solving skills. 7. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
