Job Description:


Top Glove Corporation Berhad is seeking a talented and experienced Customer Support Manager to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As a Mid-to-Senior Level professional with at least 6 years of experience in customer support management, you will be responsible for leading a team of customer support representatives and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities: 1. Develop and implement customer service policies and procedures to improve customer experience. 2. Manage and mentor a team of customer support representatives, providing guidance and support as needed. 3. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, finding effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance customer support processes. 5. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Monitor customer support metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement. 7. Conduct regular training sessions for the customer support team to improve their skills and knowledge. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support to continuously improve our services.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Proven experience as a Customer Support Manager or similar role. 3. Excellent communication and leadership skills. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and a confident, resourceful attitude. 5. Ability to deliver engaging presentations and communicate effectively with customers and team members. 6. Ability to prioritize quality in all aspects of work, products, and services. 7.
