Job Description:
PPB Group Berhad is seeking a Customer Support Manager to join our team in Malacca City, Melaka. As a Customer Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the customer support team to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. This role requires someone who is independent, passionate about customer service, emotionally intelligent, and has strong critical thinking skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage the customer support team to deliver exceptional customer service. 2. Develop and implement customer support strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction. 3. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement. 5. Train, coach, and mentor customer support staff to continuously improve performance. 6. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues and provide a seamless customer experience. 7. Monitor team performance metrics and KPIs to ensure goals are met. 8. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and trends in customer support.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Proven track record of successfully leading a customer support team. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills. 5. Emotional intelligence to handle customer complaints effectively. 6. Independent and self-motivated with a passion for exceeding customer expectations.
