Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


We are looking for a dedicated and resilient Customer Support Officer to join our team at IJM Corporation Berhad in Kuala Lumpur. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Process customer orders and manage returns or exchanges as needed - Work closely with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the overall customer experience - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote customer loyalty and retention


Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment - Resilient personality with a passion for providing exceptional customer service
