Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Support Officer

Job Description:


IOI Corporation Berhad is seeking a motivated and experienced Customer Support Officer to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Customer Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online chat in a professional and courteous manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating to appropriate departments when necessary - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide product information and recommendations to customers - Assist in processing orders and returns - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Identify and implement improvements to enhance the customer experience - Stay up-to-date on company products, policies, and procedures


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum 4 years of experience in customer support or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Adaptable and confident in handling challenging situations - Experience in people management and strategic planning - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively
