Job Description:


QSR Brands is looking for a dedicated and driven individual to join our team as a Customer Support Officer in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in customer support.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer service through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Work closely with other teams to ensure customer issues are addressed and resolved efficiently. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience. 6. Assist in implementing and maintaining customer support procedures and guidelines.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail. 4. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools. 6. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
