Job Description:


Kossan Rubber Industries Berhad is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team in George Town, Penang, MY. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients to ensure their satisfaction with our products and services.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner via phone, email, and live chat. 2. Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order processing. 3. Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other team members to address customer needs and achieve business goals. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 7. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to improve customer experience and retention.


Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field. 2. Confident and resilient personality traits. 3. Strong persuasion and teamwork skills. 4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field is preferred.
