Job Description:


As a Customer Support Specialist at Axiata Group Berhad in Kuala Lumpur, MY, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with our products and services, and you will be responsible for resolving their issues in a timely and efficient manner.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers experiencing issues with our products. 3. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution. 4. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience. 6. Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers. 7. Identify and implement process improvements to streamline customer support operations. 8. Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment.


Requirements: 1. Independent and energetic personality traits. 2. Strong communication skills and attention to detail. 3. Creativity in problem-solving and thinking outside the box. 4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively. 5. Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. 6. No prior experience required, as this is an entry-level position.
