Job Description:


Dialog Group Berhad is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Support Specialist in Malacca City, Melaka, MY. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this a great opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional and timely customer support via phone, email, and chat channels. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, technical issues, and product information. 3. Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner. 4. Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. 6. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions. 7. Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention. 8. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends.


Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. Energetic and resilient personality. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work well in a team environment. 5. Strong decision-making skills. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 8. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
