Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Support Specialist

As a Customer Support Specialist at Genting Group, based in Kuala Lumpur, MY, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of support and service. This full-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer support or a related field.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional customer support through various channels such as phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively assist customers with their questions and concerns. 4. Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues. 5. Create and update customer accounts, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information. 6. Participate in training and development programs to continuously improve customer support skills. 7. Contribute to the improvement of overall customer support processes and procedures.


Requirements: 1. Resilient and motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 2. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. 3. Creativity and attention to detail in providing solutions to customer issues. 4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 5.
