Penerangan Pekerjaan - Customer Support Specialist

Job Description: As a Customer Support Specialist at Gamuda Berhad, located in Johor Bahru, Johor, MY, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients. You will be the first point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries, issues, and complaints in a timely and professional manner. This position requires a motivated individual with a strong work ethic, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone or email in a timely and professional manner - Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or issues - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate team member - Continuously strive to improve customer service processes and procedures


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Hardworking and energetic individual with a positive attitude - Strong leadership abilities and the ability to work well in a team environment - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred
