Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Malaysia Airlines Berhad in George Town, Penang. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers and assisting with any inquiries or concerns they may have.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and understanding - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth resolution of customer problems - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Provide feedback to management on trends and issues affecting customer satisfaction - Identify areas for improvement in customer service and make recommendations for changes - Stay current on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers - Assist with special projects as needed
Requirements: - 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Resilient and reliable with the ability to handle difficult customers with grace and patience - Excellent people management skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment - Innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box to solve customer problems - Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer service software - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field preferred
